@MyView @Susan60 @Tooden I once read you should eat a shot glass full of nuts each day. So I bought this as being approximately shot glass sized. Therefore, the day’s limit. (Except what’s in recipes, on breakfast, etc)

@treleanor @Susan60 @Tooden I don't know how big a shot glass is ... but my problem is not knowing when to stop ... about lots of things :) ... so I try to limit to half a Vegemite jar :)
