@moss London is on the Thames (tidal river) and has some really iconic architecture? I'm thinking Godzilla does something to Big Ben. St. Petersburg (the one in Russia) is technically on the Baltic and has some great iconic domed architecture to work with.

@moss Does it have to be in the US? Because Paris (France) could use a bit of flatenning, especially the French president (who's transphobic) and the Senate (mainly right-wing ATM) ๐ It's not near the ocean but the Seine goes through the city and ends in the English Channel (that's a bit of a swim, though); as for tall building, there is the Eiffel Tower and a few others https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tallest_buildings_and_structures_in_the_Paris_region
