@MintSpies I've had to feed and discard starter because I don't bake often enough, and I'm literally only baking for me, I do just 8 bagels a week. 🤷♂️ but I figure it's better than paying $20 for 12 bagels from the bakery.

@wyatt_h_knott @MintSpies I make a weekly pizza, sometimes pretzels or bagels. I wish I had more time for a real crusty loaf. It’s all really the same recipe
