@wyatt_h_knott @MintSpies I make a weekly pizza, sometimes pretzels or bagels. I wish I had more time for a real crusty loaf. It’s all really the same recipe

@ShiitakeToast Yes, exactly, and if you just change your flour type a little bit it's easy to go from pizza to rolls or biscuits, whatever. Iam going to try and be more regular with my feeding schedule and then use 'discard' to make biscuits during the week and bagels on the w/e. @MintSpies
