Checked out the modal filters on 124Ave. Not sure at all what they’re supposed to filter. All the drivers I watched passed through with no difficulty. #yegbike #BikeTooter #useless

@geodarcy in Halifax there's a modal filter that's been in the news because there's a war of pilons. Some people are putting them up, some people are taking them down. Last I saw one was dressed as a raccoon.
