@grmpyprogrammer Still not an excuse. We are the ones doing the work, not the boss.
Imagine you need surgery. The Dr says the surgery will take about 4 hours. 4 hours you pay for. You're about to be put under anesthesia when you happen to notice the Dr is spending a long time washing his hands and donning PPE. You yell at the Dr telling them to get a move on and stop wasting time. Is the Dr going to listen to you? No, because it's on them. They own the work, not the hospital.

@manchuck We’re not doctors, we’re building web sites. Your analogy is wrong too — it’s not the patient yelling at us, it’s the CEO of the hospital telling you that you are working too slow and need to squeeze in another 2 surgeries each day or else cuts need to be made to othwe departments.
