I&#39;m going to Lisbon next month! Would really appreciate recommendations from the Portuguese and well-travelled among you of places to eat or dishes to order that don&#39;t contain anything that will kill me (finned fish, crustaceans, molluscs). Appreciate the fish allergy is a pain in Portugual lol

Would also appreciate knowing the Portuguese for "I accidentally ate something with fish sauce in it and now I am shitting myself lifeless, please give me drugs to fix this" and "this has prawns in it, call an ambulance for anaphylaxis" as well as recs for good gay bars in Lisbon.

@stavvers@masto.ai Vegan restaurant: Organi Chiado, Calçada Nova de São Francisco 2, 1200-300 Lisboa, Portugal https://organi.pt/ We ate there 5.5 years ago (oh dog, has it been that long? :flan_piteous:). The food was amazing. Looks like the place is still there.

@stavvers@masto.ai Too bad you are allergic to molluscs, otherwise I would have recommended the grilled squid/cuttlefish which you can get anywhere. If you order a course with plain boiled potatoes they will be really good. Boiled potatoes is at least as important in Portugal as they are in Sweden.

@stavvers@masto.ai double check "francesinhas" which is a really nice gigantic sandwhich. Also having an abatanado and a natinha (coffee and custard pie) is a must.
