So, let's just dwell on this unconscious processing and data dense environment thing
If you sat and wrote down the top ten things you find hot and are looking for, you are probably going to be about 90% wrong. That's because the deliberative and conscious part of your brain doesn't usually have a fucking clue what the rest of the brain is up to.
Think of the conscious you as more the PR department than the operations room. It explains what you did after the fact, making up plausible reasons
