I'm probably flattering my efforts to turn #GuitarMonday into a thing, but some of you may have noticed I skipped last week.
I was busy, whatever, you're not the boss of me. 😆 Honestly, I was busy hauling pumice rock up a steep hill in five gallon buckets for a garden plot. Forgot all about guitars for the day.
Anyway, this week I pulled out one of my acoustics.

You may have noticed something... This guitar has 8 strings. The normal two middle strings are doubled at an octave like a twelve string... Also, it's a baritone, tuned B to B. The sound has incredible depth, but the doubled octave middle strings bring back any of the punch that might have otherwise been lost. This thing absolutely FILLS a room with sound. I tried to do justice to the sparkle in the wood on the back, but I'm too much of a hack as a photographer. 🤷🏼♂️ #guitar
