@sinvega @eniko it's not sharing skills/knowledge in a durable sense, but there's the help action, which flavoured right can be "hey why don't you have a go? you got this, remember what I showed you etc."

@juv3nal @sinvega but anyone can help anyone. it just gives advantage. a super competent person helping is no better than an utterly unskilled person helping. so you just wind up having random party members help the person with the relevant high ability to give them advantage
