SDL rejects LLM contributions on basis that the source can't be determined, hence incompatible with zlib license. https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/issues/15350#issuecomment-4224907948 I feel now slightly better with investing time in SDL backend for McCLIM :)

    @jackdaniel And things are still evolving with SDL3, it's clearly a long term project. Not a lot of those.

    @jackdaniel glad other people are starting to notice this. the people spewing out AI stuff and assigning it a GPL license are clueless. the code isn't subject to copyright and thus can't be assigned a license. (code licenses rely on copyright.)
