@jimbob @vam103 yes. I was in the AAD / UTAS when the change happened. "wait what about all the money we've been putting up for a research expedition?" gone. have to apply for [epic amount] in a single year N years ahead. "...so we cant make financially sound long term plans for ongoing observation work?" no. the grownups are in chargerer now...
