@Judeau @scribblemacher The original Ninja Turtles game on the NES is a great game and I will die on that hill!!! I can't tell if you're making a joke or what. Could you be talking about any other TMNT game on the NES? There was more than one. The original original was horrible though. AVGN kind of summed it up pretty well. That was one video I still do agree with. Like why can't these turtles who literally live in the sewers swim? Why did it license the franchise and then basically just make up random enemies and characters that have nothing to do with it? Why can't they jump right? Why do you go through a horrible pushing room for one quarter of a pizza that heals less than the damage you just took? And the freaking underwater level... Just... the whole thing...

  • @Judeau @scribblemacher I think that one moment in the AVGN video where he keeps going through this room trying to make this one stupid jump that I remembered all too well from similarly trying over and over and he just keeps trying over and over, then finally finds out you can actually just walk across it (ARG *rips out hair* I didn't realize you could walk across. Why is it possible walk across the hole there??? ARG!!!) just to get a pizza that wasn't worth it anyway really summed up how I felt. I forget if he threw the controller or what at that point, but I sort of wanted to so many times there... You can just walk across. What even the... *Finds a controller to throw.*

@nazokiyoubinbou @scribblemacher Nope, not the Arcade port. The original TMNT game. The underwater level at the dam where you have to defuse the bombs is quite a challenge but it's totally doable. This was one of those games where I would play it a little bit everyday and I would slowly learn, get better and get further.
