I initially did them in cross stitch, but it just didn't look nice. Maybe because I'm unexperienced, maybe because the wrong ct, I don't know. But I once saw a picture of an embroidery on what I think was linen. Flowers of different colours surrounding the word LOVE. And so I tried that style. And I'm glad it turned out that nicely. š

@t_robinart Iām so glad I mentioned them then. I only occasionally cross-stitch and just thought it was a technique I was unaware of. I love that instead you saw something you liked and made it work; very innovative!
