But I need a less puffy gingerbread recipe.
This is the BBC one.
Not sure it really needs the baking soda, or a quarter the amount maybe.

Anyway, if you ever needed an excuse to buy a 3D printer... These ones have gone a bit chubby in the oven. I'll work on that recipe. [edit: yeah, maybe a CW on rude cookies?]
