@defaultmediatransmitter @Cognessence @alisynthesis Sorry, I had to delete and redraft my answer. Here it goes. I was wondering how Robert views and processes what he refers to as Norwegian style. Detailed response is very helpful. I wanted to explain this, wondering whether it was more on the Permafrost Biosphere things or more of ECM things. Then I made a reference to this take on Norwegian style which is known for evoking feelings of beautiful sun and warmth and palm trees, haha! cc: @lislegaard

@Cognessence by the way, how is oneohtrix point never’s new album? I am getting annoyed with non-BoC updates from Warp so I could not pay attention. Just kidding haha! Because I also got Squarepusher and I am very happy about those updates. I can’t fully get into oneohtrix while I have so much respect for his music. I did listen to and enjoy some of his things in the past. Was looping Cryo so many times. Anyway, in your case, there are so many geographical connections and that’s why your albums and music sound very you and unique.
