Leon gets shot on the job. Co-workers yell his name in concern. TP has them say "Orcot!", SS goes with "Leon!" Gonna guess the former is more professionally-accurate...
Wakes up in the hospital and D is just. There. Waiting at his bedside. Starts cutting up fruit to hand-feed him. D, buddy, you are so unprofessionally attached to this human now.

Leon asks D to water his plant, D reveals that it died to save him. (Through some kind of magical tradeoff -- this is not a case of "he was carrying the plant around in his pocket and it took the bullet.") TP: She bloomed for you, Officer Orcot. Her red flowers have fallen in your place... SS: For you, they bloomed crimson. And for you, they died. Same meaning, but I like the poetry of the TP version more.
