@hazelweakly this, so much this. Tech shit I can teach. I've never managed to successfully teach empathy to someone who lacks it.

@hazelweakly « being able to reformulate back what a person said, specially if you disagree with it. to the point the person feels at least heard: maybe even understood » is like my number one by far

@hazelweakly Curious, what do you mean by marketing and sales?

@hazelweakly if this is true, and I'd argue it is, why are people in such a panic that agents write some code? It would seem these are the things to focus on for impact. I never started freaking out when Puppet started writing Apache httpd instead of using vi(1). I moved on to higher level concerns. Yet many people are in a frenzy because Claude wrote a for loop instead of them doing it by hand.

@hazelweakly Do you know good CC / open / free learning material about that 'marketing & sales' dimension? I'm willing to listen why you find that important, but would need some resources to get familiar with the field. Is there anything like 'ethical marketing & sales'?

@hazelweakly 1,000,000% … and humble curiosity, rather than ego-centric “know-it-all”. Keep looking for validated and evidenced “because …”. Then share generously.
