Fedizens…..I know how much we like a poll here. I have 23 days between when one accomodation ends and my €100 a week accommodation starts. I can extend that one at the other end but cannot start it earlier. I think the best solution is to have a funky adventure in a non shengen zone, cheaper country as Portugal at that time is super expensive and house sitting very few and far between. Where should I go and why? These are the cheapest and cheapest to get to / get in to that seem interesting. Love to get your thoughts and feel free to boost! #AdventuresOfCass

@dropbear@aus.social Hi! I spent five months in Tbilisi, Georgia last spring and summer and really enjoyed it. The architecture, people, and food were interesting, especially if you stay in the Mtatsminda area of Tbilisi. I had also researched Sarajevo, Bosnia as an alternative, and heard many great things recommended about it as well.

@dropbear@aus.social Bosnia and Herzegovina is lovely. Mostar is very pretty. If you're brave, you can jump off Stari Most (a bridge) into the chilly waters below. I was scared just watching 😅

@dropbear@aus.social Last year the Giro cycling race started in Albania and it looked lovely. Foreign Correspondent, I think, did a story on Albania and it's certainly somewhere I'd like to visit.
