Hi! I spent five months in Tbilisi, Georgia last spring and summer and really enjoyed it. The architecture, people, and food were interesting, especially if you stay in the Mtatsminda area of Tbilisi. I had also researched Sarajevo, Bosnia as an alternative, and heard many great things recommended about it as well.

@dropbear@aus.social While in Tbilisi I spoke to some people from Armenia, and also some travelers that had visited Yerevan there and found it interesting. IDK what the vibes would be with the whole Iran thing right now. It's not right next to the problem, but the area has just enough cultural and geographic ties to feel "near". But they're definitely places worth seeing.
