The latest part of my body that is objecting to doing its assigned job is the left knee, which is protesting about having to lie down, stand up, walk, sit, and generally exist. This is not conducive to peaceful sleep.

@Knitronomicon I booked a physio appointment to check what is happening with my right knee as that's a fairly new pain. Hoping to get advice about better positions to sleep. Maybe.
