Huge #AI win. My bank wants to talk to me about the advanced AI tools they're using that have determined they can do me a much better deal on my car insurance. I haven't owned a car since 1998 & that was in a different country.

@kittylyst I once had a cold caller trying to sell us a conservatory, despite being on the first floor, as was clear from our address. Mind you, that was before LLMs and I'm glad to hear that standards are being maintained.

@kittylyst Did they say for whom that would be a better deal? Because surely selling car insurance to a car-less person would be a good deal for them...
