Dusted off an old Windows 10 desktop PC and installed Linux Zorin on it to have a play, with a view to switching my increasingly-slower Win 11 laptop to Linux. I'm quite liking the Zorin, although I've already had to delve into terminal to sort out a keyring issue (and find out what they were!). I think I'm going to give Linux Mint a shot for comparison.

@scotdowser@mastodon.scot if coming from windows, Mint with Cinnamon is a good option. I have not dared upgrade my laptop, the drivers issue scares me.
