@toonie Cholesterol is absolutely no joke - awareness in important. Had an associate working at a plant doing electrical automation work. Very thin. Thought they were in the peak of health. Not the “high cholesterol” stereotype. Felt a little dizzy. Slumped over unconscious in front of the equipment. The facility he was at had people trained in CPR and an AED nearby that saved his life. Turns out his cholesterol was very high - massive heart attack, needed multiple bypasses.
