So it took 3 hours at my SIL’s house for me to develop a migraine. It happens only there but every single time we’re there. I hate it.

@chris Could also be a weird allergic reaction to something. My wife once had 'heart attack'-like behavior due to eating hazelnut and having an unknown hazelnut allergy.
