@JustinMac84 The only really usable thing I've read about this, after a good deal of research, is at https://www.ski.org/soldering-basics/ and other info from the same organization. My difficulty is the usual thing, too much work, too little reward. If you find a better solution I, for one, would be overjoyed to hear of it. My solution has been to find a sighted person, find another way to get where I want to be, or do without.
