I made a quick little hack of my tinyvision library to output composite video so you can get an idea of the image quality. As expected from the weird geometry it's a little distorted, but overall not bad. I had to add some resistors on the back to make the on-board brightness and contrast controls work cause I didn't wanna have to plug in external pots. It might be possible to get the geometry a little better by tweaking some more of the pots, but I have no idea what most of them do

@slyka I got some of those a few years back. They're pretty easy to get going, and even hook up to an RC2014. They're not exactly great picture quality though, and not particularly practical. But, hey, since when has practical been important!

@slyka I have always been curious what CRT monitors would be like today if they were being as actively developed as they were before the panels hit. My Illayma 17inch CRT monitor had a resolution of 1600x1200 in the 90s & I think a 30/60hrtz refresh. With a bit of tweaking on the controls horitzontal and vertical lines were straight and the inbuilt demagnitizer kept color true. Makes me wonder. Now it would probably be only a few inches thick maybe?
