Anyone know of resources that tell you when it&#39;s time to leave a public comment? I have heard that leaving public comments may not stop a bad thing from being done, but it can be useful for future lawsuits.

@alexhaist I know that laws don’t matter here anymore but when new regulations are proposed there is usually a 60-day window in which the public can leave comments.
