I'm keeping my mind occupied on sorting various bins of our son's childhood stuff. Yes, I've been putting it off quite awhile. He's 32.

  • @LikeItOrLumpIt I hope you keep it somewhere, he may be wanting it at some point. I know i'd want my old things that I sadly lost like my old rock collection which took an entire cardboard box to fill. It took me a year to make the collection because I chose only the best rocks I could find.

  • @LikeItOrLumpIt are you saving it for the Smithsonian? (snarky comment I made to ex-wife re her hoarder tendencies...) 😀

@LikeItOrLumpIt Desperate times call for desperate measures. And these are desperate times.

@LikeItOrLumpIt Being no sentimentalist, I’m glad our parents took boxes of our stuff to the auction mart every year. It meant I never had to clean it out of their house when I moved out. Doing my semiannual spring clean at the moment, and I am going to be brutal. The only sorting will be keep or donate, in other words, fits or doesn’t fit/use or don’t use. Good luck!

@LikeItOrLumpIt Nice. During a visit with my mom last year, I discovered such a box of my childhood stuff. I am considerably older than 32. You're fine.

@LikeItOrLumpIt Each time we visit our adult children, we take more of the stuff they left behind and dump it on them. We're taking a full-sized guzheng on our next trip to see the youngest.
