:cybre_glitch: MUTUAL AID FOR OCT - $0/250 - $75 needed ASAP for meds :cybre_glitch: Hey! It's Glitch, your friendly neighborhood mod! I'm trans nonbinary and neurodivergent, living with multiple disabilities including ME/CFS and degenerative disc disease in my lower spine. So I found out that my insurance will not cover the cost of my adderall, which I absolutely need right now. I also need cat food, cat litter, personal care and hygiene items, and to pay a couple small bills that a...

Three things that I am grateful for today: 🍂 ... my hairdresser, who apparently is a better diagnostician than my medical primary care provider, suggested I look into whether I might have eczema. Holy moly, it explains a lot. 🍂 ... after some basic cleaning, my housekeeper* helped me to organize one of my very disorganized and messy bookcases. 🍂 ... *I made a great decision when I retired in Massachusetts, rather than one of the other many wonderful states I've lived in. As a disabled el...

We had the module running on Saturday. It's quite irritating when a #CPM starts up in 40-character mode on a #Commodore #C64. And it's slow too ;) #RetroComputing #ComputerMuseum

Save the date and take a look. Saturday and Sunday the Classic Computing 2026 takes place in CD-Kaserne, Halle 10, Hannoversche Str.30b, 29221 Celle. We are present at tables 82..84 with our old hardware. #RetroComputing #Apple #Commodore #IMS

I haven't :) The burn in test last weekend was successful, so the system is running quite nice. #RetroComputing #Imsai8080

When something is slated to be dismantled and scrapped, we as a museum have to make a sacrifice—even when there really isn't any room for it ;) #ComputerMuseum #ClassicComputing2026 #CC2026 #IBM #AS400

I've made a short yt-video with some minor impressions from the Classic Computing 2026 in Celle last weekend. Sorry for the German text. It's hard encoded for getting a better short. https://youtube.com/shorts/cEB3_2POZYE #RetroComputing #CC2026
