感恩錄20260808W7 H：傍晚有人來訪，原是T之妹娟送來醃冬瓜，說是「吃不完請幫忙吃」，心思仁慈。別人的好意，不好拒絕，也感謝贈菜之情。20260809W7補網路資料：自製古早味醃冬瓜（鹹冬瓜）需準備冬瓜、豆粕（豆麴）、鹽、糖、甘草片與純米酒。將冬瓜去皮去籽切塊並日曬風乾半日，以一層冬瓜、一層拌勻的豆粕與糖鹽交疊放入完全乾燥的玻璃瓶中，最上層鋪滿豆粕並倒入米酒，密封靜置發酵 2 至 6 個月即可入味。醃冬瓜準備材料與比例參考農業知識入口網的傳統調配比例（以冬瓜淨重約 5台斤比例計）：冬瓜：5斤（削皮、去籽）豆粕（豆麴）：半斤鹽：半斤紅糖或白糖：半斤純米酒：1 碗（非料理米酒）甘草片：10 片製作步驟處理冬瓜：冬瓜去皮、去籽，切成厚片或大塊，放在陽光下曝曬或風乾半日，讓多餘水分蒸發。注意所有器具與冬瓜均不可沾到生水。混合配料：將豆粕、鹽與糖均勻攪拌混合在一起。層層裝瓶：準備洗淨且完全乾燥的玻璃空瓶。瓶底先鋪一層混合豆粕，放上 1-2 片甘草，接著鋪上一層冬瓜。重複疊放：持續「豆粕/甘草 -> 冬瓜 -&gt...

WTF I love black on black crime now. Some fat slob nig randomly opened the door to a (White? Possibly Latinx) woman's (baller ass) Rolls Royce at a Valet in Miami. Thankfully, Uncle Ruckus was the cop on detail. He was NOT fucking around and just immediately double-tap-zapped the niggopotamous. This entire interaction went so fast & so smoove I think this should be the S.O.P Anytime the cops engage with a hood nigga. Instead of a 45min ordeal with 5 cops just to get them compliant...
