Hach, es gibt einfach so Rezepte, die aus gutem Grund immer wieder auf dem Tisch landen. Eines davon ist Aubergine & Tofu in Unagisauce. Fingerlicking good, wie die englischsprachigen Menschen so schön sagen. Dazu gibt's Basmatireis & eigentlich lila Stangenbrokkoli, der allerdings, wie so oft bei sowas, beim garen die Farbe verloren hat. Tut dem Geschmack zum Glück keinen Abbruch. 青山ブックセンターの夏の選書フェアも、もう3-4年目とかもっとかだと思うが、半年とか一年後でいいから公開してもらえないものだろうか。去年とかもっと前のでもいいから見てみたいなあ。そもそも遠方なので手に入らないし、去年夏一時帰国した時は、フェア開始と同時くらいに日本出国したので、結局一度も現物にお目にかかれていない。
