Saying the words "chronic pain" and living it are two very different things and why I think there is such a huge gap in understanding when I talk to folks about this stuff who have never experienced it. You can't bargain with it, you can't reschedule it, its not like an injury that slowly gets better over a few days or weeks. It always on, it always exists and there isn't really any good advice other than just "try to manage it the best you can". The worst part...

One thing I am very proud of is my ability to cook. I used to be so bad at cooking a really long time ago. I couldn't even fry an egg to a pan without it sticking and turning into scramble eggs. Its funny to say "aw I burn water" but being able to cook for my friends and actually give them good food they actually enjoy is something I am proud I can still do, even in my wheelchair~ :menhera_happy_hearts::menhera_happy_hearts:
