Now that the Spring leaves are on the trees I can push on with my second major project, exploring the Japanese philosophy of Komorebi.
This is a word used to describe the look, atmosphere and feeling created when sunlight filters through leaves.
In English 'dappled' is probably the closest word to explain the appearance of such light, but Komorebi goes much further than a single, descriptive word.
