Sitting here, ruminating on the 4th... Next month will mark 5 years since #Starbucks baristas began organizing for fair treatment. It has been a long fight and is still ongoing, even with over 12k union member baristas (so far!) across more than 700 #SBUX store locations (so far!). Attached is what they are asking for[1], seemingly reasonable+doable for a company that had a yearly net revenue over $37B (yes, that's a B) for their last fiscal year[2]. Plz consider giving your business, whether that's a regular daily drink or periodically "work from SBUX" or whatever it might be, to a competitor (even better if it's a local business) or make delicious coffee at home until SBUX corporate gives them a fair shake.
