The other day I posted a picture of just the frame for this trike as I was starting to build it. This is the completed beast which I've been riding for a few days now. Super comfortable, 2 battery mounts (only one battery on this morning, but the idea is to be able to go a long ways or have the ability to do massive climbs without completely draining the charge), head and tail lights, 2 bottle holders, and a wireless charging phone mount (it was an option, I had to get it). The motor kit is from Grin Technologies in Vancouver, and it's been injected with cooling fluid (which they call Statorade, lol!) to keep the temp. stable even on long climbs. (Hub motor overheating can be a real issue) It will be interesting to see how long the brake pads last with the regenerative braking taking on the bulk of the load.
