Agi: Castellammare, adescata sui social: sequestrata e violentata in cantina per ore. Arrestato 26enne
AGI - Un incontro nato online si è trasformato in un incubo nella notte tra il 2 e il 3 agosto scorsi a Castellammare di Stabia, nel Napoletano. Un uomo di 26 anni è stato arrestato dai Carabinieri in esecuzione di un'ordinanza di custodia cautelare in carcere emessa dal Gip del Tribunale di Torre Annunziata, su richiesta della Procura di Torre Annunziata.
L'indagato deve rispondere di reati gravissimi, tutti pluriaggravati: violenza sessuale, lesioni personali e sequestro di persona ai danni di una ragazza poco più che maggiorenne.
La trappola nella cantina e le violenze
Secondo quanto ricostruito dagli investigatori, il 26enne avrebbe adescato la giovane su un social network, convincendola a incontrarlo. L'appuntamento è però svanito all'interno di una cantina buia e isolata.
Una volta dentro, l'uomo ha bloccato l'unica via d'uscita sbarrando la porta d'ingresso con un pesante termosifone e ha sottratto il cellulare alla vittima per impedille di chiedere aiuto. Durante le ore di prigionia, la ragazza è stata costretta a subire abusi, minacciata di morte e immobilizzata anche con l'utilizzo di travi di legno.
I riscontri medici e l'arresto
La drammatica testimonianza fornita dalla vittima ha trovato immediata conferma nei referti medici dell'ospedale, nei rilievi fotografici condotti dalla polizia giudiziaria e nelle dichiarazioni di diverse persone informate sui fatti.
Nel disporre la misura della custodia in carcere, il Gip ha sottolineato la particolare pericolosità sociale dell'indagato, l'estrema gravità della sua condotta e il concreto ed elevato rischio di reiterazione del reato.

AGI - An encounter born online turned into a nightmare on the night of August 2nd and 3rd last in Castellammare di Stabia, in the Neapolitan area. A 26-year-old man was arrested by Carabinieri officers pursuant to a preventative custody order issued by the Gip (Judge for Preliminary Hearings) of the Torre Annunziata court, at the request of the public prosecutor's office of Torre Annunziata.
The suspect is accused of very serious crimes, all aggravated multiple times: sexual assault, personal injury, and kidnapping of a young woman just over the age of majority.
The trap in the cellar and the violence
According to investigators’ reconstruction, the 26-year-old lured the young woman through a social network, convincing her to meet him. The appointment, however, vanished inside a dark and isolated cellar.
Once inside, the man blocked the only exit by barring the entrance door with a heavy radiator and confiscated the victim's cell phone to prevent her from asking for help. During the hours of imprisonment, the young woman was forced to endure abuse, threatened with death, and also immobilized using wooden beams.
Medical findings and arrest
The dramatic testimony provided by the victim was immediately confirmed by the medical reports from the hospital, photographic evidence collected by the judicial police, and statements made by several people who were informed about the events.
When ordering the preventative custody measure in prison, the Gip emphasized the particular social danger of the suspect, the extreme gravity of his conduct, and the concrete and high risk of repeating the crime.
