Russian satellites approached Finnish Iceye-X36
Four Russian military satellites (Kosmos-2610 to Kosmos-2613) performed close-approach maneuvers with the Finnish Iceye-X36 radar satellite used by Ukraine, coming within about 13 km. Analysts see this as tests of non-kinetic interference.
