I woke up this morning to hear that Trump had made a policy proposal in his #SOTU, basically matching up to $1000 on a 401k-like investment account for workers with no access to such an account. I’m not necessarily against this idea. However, I will point out that we already have something called Social Security where the worker pays 6.2% of their wages into a government-managed retirement fund, and their employer contributes a matching amount. https://www.reuters.com/business/finance/investors-brace-state-union-speech-that-may-fuel-anxiety-2026-02-24/

Trump lies that inflation is down at 1.7 percent, when in fact it is at 2.4 percent. Trump says he has lifted 2.4 million off of food stamps. In reality, Trump has introduced requirements which many do not meet, thereby denying food stamps to those in need. Trump also claims that his tariffs are saving the US and will continue, all applause stops, and the camera cuts to Chief Justice Roberts who looks worried (picture 2). #sotu

I’m not going to read this, because whatever questions they are, they are probably pointless.

Here are the questions that should be asked:

  1. How much money have you and your family stolen from American taxpayers?
  2. Why do you take such pleasure in seeing other people in pain and suffering?
  3. Have you ever been diagnosed with an abnormal personality disorder?
  4. Did you tear down the East Wing because you hate women, especially Michelle Obama?
  5. Why are there so many photos of you and #Epstein together if you claim you never knew the guy?

There are more, but no one will ask them because the #media have been thoroughly whipped by #Trump. Are #journalists really that afraid that a demented bully will take their lunch money if they make him mad?
