I 💚 Sailing! Here are 5 life #lessons from my latest #Skipper training with Benedikt L. & Christian K. From long lining to using a spinnaker to casting a double anchor to rescuing an anchor from under someone else’s chain, we practiced a bunch of pirate techniques out there. And I learned some valuable lessons about my own ego and limits. 🙏🏼 It’s best for me to stay humble & realize when I’m not ready to accept a challenge. ❤️‍🔥 I serve best when I feel safe to follow my passion & intuition. 🧘🏽‍♂️ I feel safest around people who can stay calm inside chaos & communicate clearly. 🗣️ For me, clear communication includes expectations, boundaries, & vision, with compassion on both sides for adjustments. 🌊 The sea and life are powerful teachers who reward presence, patience, persistence, & preparation.
