Vinyl, occasionally a CD, sometimes a minidisc. I like stone circles and standing stones. Bedroom musician. I’m quite primitive. In hindsight, adopting a ragdoll cat and owning a fair amount of vinyl wasn’t my best thought out plan but he’s mellowed me a lot. Try anything thrice 🥴 I got the pulsating rhythmical remedy.

@barnetboy@cupoftea.social I had mine out about 10yrs ago now not fully aware of what that encompassed, until a colleague said “you do realise your jaw would have been touching your nipples?” 🤮 Right enough, my David Coulthard-esque chisel lines have never quite lined up since. I think I must have been paying too much attention to a fly in the debrief room at the time. On the upside, I can compete professionally now 🤩 #SilverLining #Gurn

i do music things (editor/engraver/cellist) mostly in the uk. atheist, politically left, keen on reason and nuance. i've so far spent more of my life in the last century than in this one. anosmic due to an old head injury. gender: female 🏳️⚧️ i may mention my daughter’s band (1000 rabbits, on the label young) more than is seemly. i think no caps is nicer. header: river in summer avatar: selfie

Local #Suffolk bin changes niche post:
I made the new division of recyclables for the first time this morning, and walked things down to the communal bins.
It looks as if some or all of the others who live here have either a) failed to read the new rules, b) failed to understand the new rules, or c) failed to care about the new rules.
We shall see whether our bins get collected over the next fortnight. It irritates me that this is out of my control, but on the other hand, if rubbish mounts up I won’t be bothered by the smell.
