Le projet de SAST (Static Application Security Testing) piloté par IA intègre désormais :
• Méthodologie VulnHunter (Recon → Hunt → Verify → Reproduce → Report)
• Validation Docker réelle (curl/ASAN/exec) au lieu de l'auto-simulation
• Nouveaux endpoints API pour les artifacts
• Agents SASTIA réécrits suivant SKILL.md
