Questions du dimanche : #pâtés #vegan Combien de temps pour la stérilisation de pâtés végétaux à base de #PST ? Les pâtés de viande, c'est environ 3h. Ça me semble beaucoup pour du #végétal... J'ai cherché des sites mais rien trouvé de pertinent / fiable. Autre question : les bocaux à joint sont-ils vraiment nécessaire ? Les pâtés végétaux en #conserve vendus par les producteurs sont dans des bocaux simples, style confiture. Dans ce cas, comment faites-vous la stérilisation ? #cuisine
