@thomasfuchs@hachyderm.io My CS degree at #OxfordBrookesUniversity from 2008–2012 included plenty of programming. I recall one module in which we had to create a system for scoring tennis using model–view–controller and the composite pattern. At least two web modules: one more frontend, the other PHP + MySQL. Made a game in Processing. So, I guess it depends on the particular degree.
