#Yankees say "in coordination with Major League Baseball" today's game #Orioles was cancelled due to inclement weather. They'll stay warm and dry at home until Tuesday's night game vs #RedSox in AL Wild Card Series. Sox will fly to New York after today's game.

The #Orioles end up getting their sweep of the Jays, so at least that part of the plan worked. Now just need to, uh, sweep the Yanks and have the White Sox, who've already come back from 4-0 down tonight, lose five straight to bottom feeders.

Most people who went to or tuned into #Orioles - #Mets have only done so because of the return of Pete Alonso and maybe his and Francisco Lindor's possible 300th home runs... and there's been very little happening to draw them into the rest of the game.

So, seems introductions are part of the protocol here, and that's not a bad idea at all. I'm a middle aged gal, QC Engineer, love my cat and Padres and Orioles baseball. I also enjoy writing, drawing, and needlework. And this is Lily! #introductions #cats #photos #Padres #Orioles #writing #drawing #needlework

The third Wild Card spot in the AL is under .500. The #Orioles are a half game out.
