Question for other EU-based online shop owners: How are you going to deal with the upcoming EU PPWR packaging legislation changes[1] and specifically requiring a third party legal person/entity in every single EU member state you want to ship to after August 12, potentially having to contract & pay another EU-wide one-stop service or up to 26 middlemen just so are allowed to ship all EU countries? What happened to the idea of a single market?
Some of the "cheaper" offers I found provide conformity declaration and authorized representatives for 1000 Euro per year, yet another cost-of-doing-business fee for ever increasing bureaucracy demands... The law has no exceptions/provisions for small indy shops/providers...
Any links/insights/tips you can share?
