Gallo è intervenuto a Mattino Cinque venerdì 1 maggio per commentare gli ultimi sviluppi, a partire dalle accuse della Procura di Pavia e la convocazione di Sempio per mercoledì 6 maggio. L'indagato per l'omicidio di Chiara Poggi "assolutamente non parlerà e si avvarrà della facoltà di non rispondere perché non potrà andare a fare un interrogatorio alla cieca", osserva Gallo. Il legale è convinto che la difesa di Sempio aspetterà di avere gli atti di indagine prima di andare davanti ai magistrati. L'avvocato ha ragionato anche sulle possibili carte in mano ai pm. Dalle telefonate di Sempio "al discorso dello scontrino, pesano tutta una serie di cose". Il movente, continua, "a mio avviso i magistrati  lo hanno trovato anche nel computer di Chiara.
