Wacken Open Air 2026: Zwischen Dorfacker und Wall Street
Das Wacken Open Air findet jedes Jahr in einem kleinen Dorf in Schleswig-Holstein statt. Doch längst ist es ein weltweites Ereignis. Mittlerweile sind auch die Besitzverhältnisse international. Was heißt das für das Festival?

Saw the #JudasPriest documentary last night at #Berlinale. It was the world premiere and #RobHalford was there! 🤯
Also #TomMorello, who produced the documentary, was there as well.

#TheBalladOfJudasPriest is a lot of fun to watch with great pacing and a good dramaturgy! It features #JackBlack, #OzzyOsbourne, #KirkHammett and many more.
I can 💯 recommend it to everyone who is into #heavymetal 🤘🏽but also to everyone who is interested in the history of metal, since Priest is one of the bands that put down the foundation. When they started, they didn't even know what to say when they were asked "what genre do you play?" and were labeled "progressive blues" in the very early days 🤣

Now Playing...
'The Green Manalishi With The Two Pronged Crown' performed by Judas Priest.
The original song is by Fleetwood Mac.
I will regularly cite this as my favourite cover.

I think tomorrow I will continue on my quest to be more like Rob Halford.
