"Christian Brother" is an Irish oxymoron. Young men coerced into a life of chastity & poverty in the name of Christ & education. Their own trauma & resentment was infamously vented on their pupils by decades of sadism & #rape. Now they try to evade liability for their crimes. As an unincorporated body, the Christian Brothers cannot be sued unless they provide a 'nominee’. The brothers didn't. So all of the relevant members are being sued individually. https://www.rte.ie/news/ireland/2026/0804/1586407-christian-brothers-names/#iepol #ielegal

Four years of courtroom circus is finally over. ❤ Three members of #EnochBurke's family have been banned from attending court in person.👏👏 Enoch Burke's mother Martina Nurke, sister Ammi Burke, and brother Isaac have repeatedly disrupted proceedings by shouting down lawyers, witnesses and judges. The order applies to hearings in Enoch Burke’s dispute with #WilsonsHospital School and related litigation. https://archive.is/jCm1F #ielegal #BurkeFamily
