A little bit of my work in progress. Oddly, this will be for a video related to gardening. All the pics and art of Morty (Dyscophus guineti) that I've been sharing lately are going into it, because she helps make my seed starting soil. #humanMadeArt #frog #frogs #sciArt #gardening

So, why do Venus flytraps need to eat? Someone asked me this, after seeing a page of the zine. Turns out that even though my project isn't finished, that question has been answered :). It's just that a ton of more fascinating stuff is coming. #sciArt #carnivorousPlants #zine #venusFlytrap #humanMadeArt

I finally drew Morty the mock tomato frog. She always seemed like too much of a challenge, but now she seems like good practice. I have so many projects I'm working on, but I kind of want to draw her again, and maybe write a poem. ETA - almost forgot. Wrote about her once: https://tippitiwichet.wordpress.com/2023/09/23/my-recovery-garden-is-persephones-garden/ #art #humanMadeArt #sciArt #frogs #pets
